Katherine Twells currently leads the customer marketing organization for the Coca-Cola Company for the Western United States. She has been with The Coca-Cola Company for 29 years serving in increasing positions of responsibility covering multiple geographies and business systems. Her experience includes accountability for large national customer relationships as well as leading diverse teams of sales and marketing professionals.

Profiled in Marcus Buckingham’s bestseller “Go Put Your Strengths to Work” as well as the 2009 college textbook titled “Sales Management” by Robert Effermeyer, she speaks on the power of intention in leadership. She has interviewed over 20 visionary leaders to identify ways to bring entrepreneurial thinking into large corporate organizations and is a passionate advocate of conscious capitalism. She is the chair and host of the annual Coca-Cola CMO Leadership Summit that engages external CMOs in conversations with thought leaders on key marketing trends and opportunities for innovation and growth. In 2018 the CMO Summit Podcast was launched to make the content of the CMO Summit more readily available to the community.
